Book a personal training session at the gym by completing the form located here. The request will be sent to Holt Fitness and an employee will confirm the booking within 24 hours.
Please note that bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by Holt Fitness and the booking will be determined by the availability of a Holt Fitness trainer.
