Class, Camp or Both?
Classes are group sessions are run at the Holt Fitness gym, these session comprise of betwen 10 and 15 people and aim to increase self esteem, selkf awareness and self confidence.
They enable participants to be able to defend themselves against various attacks including chokes, strikes and weapons.
One on one istruction is also available. This can be a quick but intense way of learning basic self defence.
Camps are run over 3 days for 3 hours each day. Each day comprises of a martial arets instructional segment and a fighting fitness segment. The camps are a good introduction to Wing Chun, self defence and MMA and are open to all age groups.
The camps are predominately run over sschool holidays and are advertised via our face book page.

- Classes - one on one session $65 per hour, $40 per half hour
