James Puglia commonly knows as Puglia PT joined Holt Fitness in October 2011. When James came to Holt Fitness he bought a new wave of enthusiasim with him which could be compared to a cat on a hot tin roof after five red bulls.
His whirl wind entrance to Holt Fitness saw many drastic changes including the introduction of Martial Art classes. In terms of Martial Arts, James is trained in Wing Chun and advanced self defence. He has trained the Police and has also held classes for children.
James' amazing abilities in the art of Wing Chun has come from the fact that in his senior years of schooling he trained every day with a private instructor. From this, James has learnt discipline, respect and the best methods to train varying age groups.
James has a Certificate III and IV in Personal Training and has acquired a number of very happy clients. He has become a well loved figure at Holt Fitness because he is always keen to help out members and give advice and encouragement.
Ash has been working for Holt Fitness since January 2012 having completed her certificate III and IV in Health and Fitness in her final year at school, fully qualifying her over a range of fitness, health and nutrition areas. She has completed a marathon and has an immense interest in running, weight loss, general fitness and nutrition. Ash also has experience in body sculpting and shaping and has passed this knowledge onto her growing client base.
Ash coordinates the Holt Fitness running club open to all members of the public for just $6 per person. The club caters for a range of different fitness levels. Each run has a walking/jogging group and a higher intensity, long distance group.
